Meetings

The Parish Council normally meets four times a year at 7.30pm in the Methodist Chapel on the second Monday of the following months:

February, May, August and November.

Agendas are published the Wednesday before a Monday meeting and a copy is also displayed on the noticeboard at the corner of Buddells Lane opposite the Methodist Chapel.

Anyone is welcome to attend the meetings but whilst members of the public cannot participate, a short period of time is given after the meeting for members of the public to air their views on matters directly related to the parish council.

Minutes of Parish Council meetings are published approximately one month after the meeting takes place.

PLANNING/SITE MEETINGS are held as soon as possible following receipt of a Planning Application due to the limited time scale from the Application being received and our observations being given.   YELLOW PLANNING NOTICES are displayed adjacent to the proposed development and members of the public may inspect copies of the application and plans at the Council Offices, Holt Road, Cromer.   They are also available on the Council’s website (www.northnorfolk.org)
